Can u imagine eating even carbs with less impact on your health? Is it even possible?
First and foremost! I don’t want you to think it’s good to eat any carbs! Those good ones are in veggies and fruits and even there we have to differentiate between good or bad ones. Let me get it straight.
Combining carbs and fats or proteins is health detrimental. Cause a clocked arteries by sticking fats, proteins, fragments of DNA, etc, to glucose (carbs) in the blood. Don’t combine them! But we can combine fats and proteins with absolutely no harm. It’s actually desirable and healthier to combine them.
But back to the point. If u wanna utilize carbs best eat them in the evening time and don’t combine them with anything else. I can hear u! Eating veggies without anything is not a fun. Gotcha! Don’t blame me for that. I didn’t make us like this. Blame Nature! But I think a little bit of oil and some shrimps on your salad is OK. Anyway. Eat your fattier meal in the morning and space your carbs to the evening time.
